Wednesday Night Wind Down

**These online drop-in classes are Wednesday evenings in May & June from 8-8:45pm. No registration is necessary.

Themes: May - The Healer Within | June - The Elements

This weekly practice consists of slow paced, accessible movements followed by a yoga nidra guided meditation. Yoga nidra, or “yogic sleep,” guides practitioners into a deep state of conscious relaxation. It’s been shown to be effective in regulating the nervous system, reducing anxiety and stress. Comfortable dress, even your PJs are acceptable, blankets, and pillows recommended. It is not necessary to turn your video on unless you want to.

Join our newly forming monthly meditation group. For all who identify as Black, Indigenous or Person of Color and interested in developing or deepening a meditative practice.

30 minutes of meditation. Limited instruction available.

Every 3rd Sunday at 2pm.
