Tuesday & Thursday only from 12:10pm-12:50pm
Drop-in at the Center or tune-in by Zoom to experience the benefit of practicing meditation in community. We practice a combination of sitting and walking meditation.
Every Thursday we dedicate the first 15 min of our sitting to a Tonglen practice. No need to be present to receive the benefits of this powerful practice. Simply tune in to the knowing that there are meditators around the globe practicing together right now.
No experience necessary. Limited instruction provided.
